Dr. Josh Frazer's roots in dentistry trace back to his Southern California upbringing, where a family friend first introduced him to the field. He immediately saw dentistry as a perfect blend of science and creativity, combined with the chance to help people and build lasting relationships. After earning his undergraduate degree at California Baptist University, Dr. Frazer completed four years at Loma Linda University School of Dentistry, where he deepened his skills and commitment to patient-centered care. His approach balances technical precision with an artistic eye and a genuine desire to make every patient feel comfortable. Outside the office, Dr. Frazer enjoys surfing, snowboarding, hiking, painting, tending to bonsai trees, and spending time with his wife, family, and dogs.

Dr. John Armstrong was born and raised in Burgaw, North Carolina, and has deep roots in the communities he serves. He graduated with honors from North Carolina State University with a degree in biology before earning his Doctorate in Dental Medicine from LECOM School of Dental Medicine in Florida. It was during his time volunteering at the Pender County Public Health Department that Dr. Armstrong saw firsthand how dental care could transform a patient's life, and that experience set the course for his career. After graduation, he returned to the Wilmington area to be close to family and begin building his practice. Dr. Armstrong is passionate about making the dental experience stress-free for every patient, taking time to address questions, build trust, and deliver care that leads to healthy, confident smiles. He is a member of the American Dental Association and the North Carolina Dental Society. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Armstrong enjoys boating on the Cape Fear River, fishing, working out, watching his NC State Wolfpack, and spending time at the beach with his family.
